Technical Project Manager
About Studio Vi
At Studio VI, we design and build strategic digital products and AI-powered solutions for ambitious organisations. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can bridge business, design and engineering — someone who understands how digital products are made, communicates clearly with clients, and keeps multidisciplinary teams aligned and focused.

You don’t need to be a full engineer, but you do need strong technical intuition: you understand how APIs work, how AI features are built, how data flows through systems, and what it takes for a product to ship.
You’re organised, proactive and great at creating clarity — for the team, for stakeholders and for clients.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage digital and AI development projects from concept to delivery.
- Translate client needs into structured requirements, roadmaps and timelines.
- Work closely with designers, AI specialists and developers to ensure smooth execution.
- Give frequent updates to the Account Manager with progress, risks and next steps.
- Identify potential blockers and dependencies — and solve them before they become issues.
- Manage communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Organise sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Safeguard product quality, timelines and scope.
- Support technical discovery: mapping systems, integrations and data flows.
- Ensure documentation is clear, structured and up-to-date.

Who you are
A structured, proactive project manager who enjoys working in fast-moving environments and knows how to keep teams aligned. You combine people skills with technical understanding — and you thrive in multidisciplinary projects.
You have:
- Experience as a project manager, product owner or delivery lead in a digital/tech environment.
- Strong skills in Asana: organising tasks, timelines, dependencies and reporting.
- Ability to deliver regular, structured updates on project progress to the Account Manager.
- Experience working with Jira and GitHub (or similar tools).
- Understanding of how web apps, APIs, data systems and AI integrations are built.
- A productive mindset: you create clarity, maintain momentum and keep projects moving.
- Strong communication skills — you can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work closely with developers and AI engineers.
- Comfort with agile or hybrid project management methods.
Bonus points for:
- Ability to read or write simple code (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineers.
- Experience building or managing AI-related or data-heavy products.
- Experience working in an agency, consultancy or multi-project environment.
- Familiarity with API documentation, integration workflows or technical architecture.
Why work at Studio VI?
- Work on meaningful and innovative projects across industries.
- Operate at the intersection of strategy, design and AI.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers and engineers.
- A culture that values ownership, creativity and experimentation.
- Direct influence on how projects are executed and delivered.
- Plenty of space to grow into AI-focused product leadership or technical delivery excellence.
